ClearBIZZ: platform for electronic invoicing and wage slip presentation
ClearBIZZ is the flexible-use platform for sending and receiving electronic invoices and the presentation of wage slips. As the platform scale is fully adjustable, it can be used in diverse environments:
•as fully independent utilisable Billing Service Provider system
•as a substitute for existing EDI invoice systems
•to exchange invoices within a joint venture (regardless of size)
•as expansion to an existing HR system allowing employees to view their wage slips via internet
The basic services of ClearBIZZ
•B•Clear: for archiving and exchanging business-to-business invoices
•C•Clear: for archiving, sending and unlocking Digital Invoices intended for private clients in the Netherlands
•Pay•Clear: for archiving and electronically unlocking of salary slips, independently of and supplementary to the existing HR provider
Direct link with affiliated companies and private individuals
As ClearBIZZ links all users to the existing ClearBIZZ environment, all previously affiliated companies and private individuals are directly available - if required- to exchange invoices. For non-affiliated companies ClearBIZZ can split the invoice into one or more print providers which are just as easy to connect as companies. ClearBIZZ also has access modules for accountants and the Tax Office.
